I've used the last location for many years now and got a lot of mons to level 100 that way. I always thought of this as the best location, and turns out I was right!

Route 16 and Route 18 exp spots are near each other and can be accessed after defeating Snorlax by using the Pokeflute obtained via completing the Pokemon Tower once you get the Silph Scope.

Kindle Road is perfect as an exp spot, there is a nearby hot springs which can restore your Pokemon and the journey from the spot to the springs take nearly as many steps needed to reset your Vs. Seeker. The spot is only available on One Island once you defeat Blaine at Cinnabar Gym however, so Route 16 and Route 18 should be viable exp spots before you reach Blaine.

The best endgame spot as explained in this video is in Sevault Canyon which is only available on Seven Island once you defeat the Elite Four, this spot is perfect to either train your Pokemon to rematch the Elite Four or train them to Lvl 100 though some may still prefer to use Kindle Road if the cutting of grass is too tedious for them.

Thank you dude, was grinding it out on Victory Road against wild Pokemon and just getting so bored. Kindle Road works great!! Getting my team leveled up and then I can try to beat the Elite 4!

Man thanks a lot for this video. I had pokemons of level 54 and had no idea where to train them. Beating the elite four has been real pain. Now i can finally get them to a greater level and finish the goddamn game

put 5 meowths with pickup in your party alongside whichever youre pokemon you're leveling, they have a pretty decent chance to find rare candies in this gen. You''ll level up lightning fast, esp if you're playing on an emulator w/fast forward

Fact:- you can gain a lot more exp on The route of five island.
There is a guy with voltorb, electrode and mr mime.
You can keep battling him using
Vs seeker.
Just fast forward and take 2 runs from the route entrance to pokemon center 2 times.
Some times he might not fight
But it's an easy for level up your pokemon.

Genuine question: What's the use of getting a lv 100 Pokémon? For all gen 3 I can recall level 50-60 being enought to beat everything including battle facilites

For the one island spot, if you walk down a little further until the heads of the other 2 trainers pop up and then use the vs seeker you can battle all 5.

In all pokemon games i leveled up in the cave before the league. Might not be as efficient, but that's what my child self could figure out 😅

thanks for the tips as a kid I always struggled to level my Mons in Leaf Green/Fire Red attempted to get lucky egg but found a better alternative that requires beating Pokemon XD Gale Of Darkness as after completing the game there is a side quest with rewards the player with a Lucky egg that can be traded to the Gen 3 GBA games

I got the lucky egg from Gale of Darkness, used the cloning glitch in Emerald to get 6 and just did the E4 over and over again

I remember using cut on the grass all the time as a kid. I really missed being able to do that starting in gen 4.
