Chris Greatti nails the 80s metal vibe. Nice Vito Bratta shoutout man. He's the best.

EVH learned to tap by watching Jimmy Page in Led Zeppelin do some one handed hammer ons. Like in Heartbreaker.

Alll you need is all the gain and treble no mids all the hairspray leotards tights and striped jackets. All the condoms and all the chorus in the world and then a single humbucker charvel and then a power ballad and then boom you are 80s metal

I actually heard Ice Cream man on the radio, too, when I was young. I remember the spot and everything. On a delivery in Humbolt county for the day. I knew I wanted to switch from drums and sax to guitar.

He couldn't help but laugh at his own "pre-LMFAO metal" joke. I don't blame him though I laughed too. I hear ya Chris lol

I love 80s hair/glam metal, also love blues, funk, death metal, rock, thrash metal, you don't have like one genre and stick to it, the very reason why I loved music and played it is because of it's many genres, awell as unique players and composers, so why don't we all just get along

Why 80's fender super start colour like infant toys? I like old scratch and relic stratocaster like 1960 fender

Poor guy with the yellow axe had to play after the excellent technically talented guy, poor guy (guess he runs the fender community, maybe he should practice or perhaps they're wanting poor players to teach and make the newer younger generation feel as if they're special since their instructor can barely play too it raises the students confidence vs having an instructor that can actually play). Welcome to 2020 and the give everyone a trophy motto...

I hate this genre of music lol, as a guitar player. It sounds awful the majority of the time.
BB King can convey more emotion and feeling in a 4 note rift compared to the majority of hair metal bands.
