Personally, I’d say Spy x Family’s far from mid cuz of how it manages to be pretty funny whilst also handling its deeper, more serious parts well (like Loid’s backstory).

I'm a manga reader and the series was interesting at first but it's one of those things where it gets repititive very fast and lose interest quickly.

if someone didnt read spyx family manga straight to anime i think the anime has more impact on first timer. i already read the manga since long ago that the scene in bond and bomb arc in anime didnt make much impact on me.

but if they decided to make anime of spyxfam into the cruise ship arc, and they go crazy on action scenes, i think that will be the most satisfying part of the anime in term of action and drama. no im not gonna spoil it, either wait or read the manga at the cost of decreased impact on anime scenes
