Mach-E GT owner. Just did a 1200 mile round trip road trip in mine. Had no issues using the Tesla network in TX, LA, and MS. Also used GM's excellent charging stations (didn't know about those) and EV-Go. I was expecting a suck ass experience but everything went pretty good. I am a Mach-E fan. I didn't expect to love it but I do. I own two Mustang GTs and have owned five Mustangs prior to the three currently in the stable. Ford has been looking to spin Mustang off into its own brand for some time, teasing sedan variants. This is a great step forward if they actually pull the trigger.

It had no power because it was only 29% charge. It's conserving the battery at that point. You probably were only getting 400 trq. Almost all EVs have less power when the battery is below 25%

Historically, Ive loved all of your reviews.This is by far the worst review that you guys have ever done. You reviewed a car with a cold battery, charged on regular household plug so the the car batter couldn't even get warm then went out and reviewed it at only 29% of juice in the dead of winter. Yikes. Just delete this video now.

Mach-E owner here (not a Rally). The Tesla charging experience is pretty seamless--I've used it on road trips. I don't tend to use them unless I have to because I don't want to give Elon money (and it's expensive), but it does work, and the UX is good.

Also, my Mach-E is EASILLY the best car I've ever driven in the snow (live in NE Ohio). It's fun as hell in the snow, because it's easy to kick out the rear, drift, or even do donuts while also being insanely easy to correct and get control back when you want it.

Also, you guys are complaining about lack of power when the battery is down below 29% . . . The Rally gets up to 60 in like 3.4 seconds. That's pretty quick. If you're going for on-road performance, I'd go Ioniq 5 N for sure. But the Rally is aimed at having fun on and OFF road.

This is NOT a 2025 Mach E, This is a 2024 model. The giveaway is it has the dial shifter where all 2025 models now have a stalk shifter.

Been daily in a Mach E for almost two years now. One pedal driving is actually addictive. Very fast. Very useful for our two sets of golf clubs. Home charger is the key to victory. Long trips, with a planned charge stop aren't really that big of a deal. I just plan them around a food break. And Porsche/Ferrari happily make plenty of four door cars, so settle down.

Definitely had battery grey power jail bars on the power meter when you tried to launch, given 29% and lvl 1 charging into a cold drive in Canada

i want one! I love my Bolt and I'm an EV convert for sure, but the roads in Tampa are a cruel hellscape of potholes, patches, broken concrete, and crappy railroad crossings. I would love a comfy EV with adaptive dampers and some actual sidewall on the tires. Sign me up.

You can charge the Mach-E if you have the Tesla app and a credit card added - don’t have to get billed through Ford. If you pay the monthly charge you get a discounted charge rate.

They should have just called these the Mach E but I guess we are too far beyond at this point. I still think they look good though.
