Personally in my opinion I think these ultimates (that weren’t mentioned) are also some of the best ones

Tanks:

Junkerqueen: She can basically become like Ana’s nade and just deal anti heals to the enemies along with some damage

Reinhardt: his earthshatter can stun people. While it is true his and Junkerqueen’s ults can be instantly cured by Kiriko, they can still be very effective at certain times. Rein can also best with Sombra with EMP Shatter.

Wrecking Ball: not only is he great at creating space but knocking people off the map, knocking people or sending them flying when you slam onto the ground into your mines

DPS:

Sombra: her EMP can make your enemy team lose their abilities. Unless you end up somehow missing a Kiriko, I’d say use other ult combos while you can or just wipe them all out with your team while you can

Soldier 76: while you can get shut down by many characters such as Dva and Zen for example, you practically have aimbot as well as now you can deal personal head shots now since it wasn’t in Overwatch.

Mei: it doesn’t last forever but her ultimate does freeze people for a short time. You can get picks easily too

Healers:

Lucio: his beat literally makes you stay alive longer. It is best to use in big team fights when you are with your team and taking heavy fire, backing out of fights and survive ults like Dva bombs, Reaper’s death blossom, and so on and so forth.

Zenyatta: his ult gives consecutive heals to basically where everyone is like immortal in his field. Like Lucio beat, it’s best to use in big team fights, back out from fights with your team, survive from ultimates

Kiriko: your speed is enhanced as well as your reload speed. I can’t say much on her since I have barely played her let alone seen her in much action but I do know she can be very helpful if used properly.

Mercy: she can give both heals and damage boost to all of your teammates. Plus if you really do need to, you can use it to fly out of a fight if you’re alone. Not only that but if you want to be a Battle Mercy, you got infinite ammo

Baptiste: he can boost heals and attacks through his Amplification Matrix. It’s literally a window of opportunity (if you get it, you get it) to turn a fight around or to just wipe out the team entirely

still think zen and lucio have the best support ults that win fights as they make the team invinvible for fights for a few seconds which is so useful and broken

I'd say Kiriko and Orisa ult are pretty good.

Kiriko's ult is very strong if used with your team and coordination [speed boost / increased attack speed / lower cooldowns. But it can be useless if you are not pushing at all.

Orisa's ult is very nice for combos actually. I've seen it work with Mei, Reaper and Junk. There are more for sure. It can also pull enemies together to get a huge anti nade.

Overwatch needs more villains. There’s only 7. And they should make a new mode that makes a team of hero characters fight a team of villain characters
