Personal productivity is where you have everything figured out, loved those days, but when you have a small team, decisions like these become harder than hell, because you have to look at a tool differently now, make sure everyone can comfortably use it.

Hey! I find you videos really helpful! Also, I love how clear and concise you notes are. Could you share some of your notes on Tim Ferriss' s podcasts (for people who couldn't possibly listen/catch up to so many hours of podcast)? They might be of great use.

I.love.Notion, it's my go-to for just about anything, has my music kanban, "to-do" lists, notes, big "grouped to-do" kanban, daily journaling, feedback notes I get from mentors and contemporaries on my music, etc. and the way you can change views on stuff is great, like wanting calendar view for my Studio Session notes, so I can see each day has an entry and I don't want to break the chain, stuff like that. Had all the things in one package where I was using a to-do app, a notes app, Trello, and stuff before

Have you ever listened to Naval Ravikant's podcast ? He has 1 super-episode (A compilation of many episodes) titled "How to Get Rich". I figure since we both really like the Tim Ferriss Show and I really like that episode from Naval's podcast then you might like it too.

notion is on the up. I have liked using it....its so powerful but there are so many features that I almost get intimidated when I use it lol

My only issue with Notion, is that it does image/document/PDF insertion very poorly. I tried to consolidate my notes into it, but if I can't conveniently open/see slides and papers, it's difficult to revisit. This is the only thing that keeps me using OneNote for review
