Hello, love! In this video, I unbox 50 pounds of a 200 pound ThredUp Rescue Box. I'm not sure it is worth it, but I could be wrong. What do you think? Did I get any goodies in here that I didn't realize? Or was this box a complete dud? In any case, a just over $1 cost of goods is never a bad thing!

I bought a 100 pound box several months ago and it was soooo good so I bought a 200 pound box right away. It was just as good. A ton of lululemon, Patagonia and Anthro brands. Those boxes all came from Georgia. I got through all of that and made a ton so I decided to buy another 200 pounds. These came from Arizona and were horrible. Target brands, Walmart, cheap mall brands, a lot of fast fashion non branded items. I’ve decided to source my own items from now on. I don’t think I will ever buy from ThredUp again. I know it’s hit or miss but the last set was definitely not worth my time or money. I loved your video though! I’m waiting to watch the next 3 unboxings.

I feel for you!!! That box was awful…you kept your composure, if that were me I would have to cut the video, but if it has no defects wash steam and list it, t may not be your style, but it could definitely be someone’s style💪💕

City Chic is actually a great brand! It is deceiving because the tag is hideous 😂 I think some people underestimate it, but that dress should do well. I'd try to find the name (and maybe a stock photo for Posh), and I would list around $75 and hope to get $45-60. It's perfect for wedding season but would also be great for fall/holidays.

When you say “ Thus goes to buy sell trade” is thst a particular store? Or is that to poshmark, Mercari & all cross referenced?

As a note, thread up does take cheap mall brands like old navy and H&M. However, they term those brands as “value brands”. Value brands are not eligible for the consignment model. If you send something from these brands, you’re essentially donating the item.

I just wanted to add that I tried taking about 15 items to a buy sell trade store here in Austin Texas and, I had to wait 2 hours in the store for them to process the items. I noticed they were taking about two items per person and they took two of mine for only $5. I was so disappointed. Does anyone have any advice about using a Buy sell Trade stores?
