Scary to think what would happen if there was a fire in that location with that toxic junk (plus chemicals leaking into the land and water)!

No, need for jail. If owner does not comply, sue her and take the property! She has had plenty of time to comply.

People with mental disorders dont see their own disorder. But the same can be said about anyone because everyone has implicit bias and some people dont bother to see the bigger picture. Just because you cant see the danger of your own ignorance doesnt mean that it isnt dangerous

If a neighbor of that house places an Trump 47 flag on an unapproved flagpole…then the City, County, Police and various Housing regulation authorities would immediately tape off that house and condemn the property…

People are trying to drive that family out because they know that the value of their property will go up and they probably want to buy the property

Honestly, if the son cannot clean the worst of it up, I think they should imminent domain (at fair value) the property since it is a environmental pollution issue and abutting a fire access road. However, this is also a mental illness issue and not enough is being done (if anything) at a state or local level to manage and help people with this problem! It is a long term issue and very complex. There should be hoarding-expert case workers.

Those are recycle ♻️ goods, if they city going to take them then should pay the owner for the yard goods as every nook and cranny is priceless and irreplaceable.
