Hi Tina - you made a great point! Not sure if you've studied the great Drayton Bird? (Mr Ogilvy once said Drayton knew more about Direct Marketing than anyone in the world). Drayton often says great marketing is 'finding out what people want and need, and then giving it to them' - so you are totally correct, and I'd say Darren is too :) Thanks for sharing. Mucha

Coca Cola and McDonalds are the best products in those industries, at that price point for their target markets respectively, not the healthiest but they offer what the customer wants . Just depends how you define the term "best product"
