This is called the Serbu Firearms Super Shorty if you want a real one of these. The Safety Harbor Firearms KEG12 and Black Creek Precision KD12 are similar. All were made in Florida, but are currently discontinued or out of stock, so you'll have to find a used one. The Mossberg Compact Crusiser is also an excellent option, although they are also discontinued. All great shotguns if you can find one.
