Activity Flow:
1. Action starts with the coach, who passes the ball to one of the offensive players
2. The goal is to keep the ball through combinations
3. The defensive players chase the ball and put permanent pressure on the player in possession of the ball
4. When the defensive players get the ball, or after exhaustion, change the defensive players in order to keep the intensity as high as possible

Organization:
1. 4 cones to mark a playing field
2. Place enough balls next to the field
3. Divide offensive and defensive players (6 offensive and 4 defensive - depending on the number of players)

Coaching Points:
1. Limitation of touches - maximum 2 touches
2. Playing forms - What do I have to consider as a coach?
3. Playing field - size of the playing field adapted to the number of players active at the same time
4. Load control - monitor load/intensity for the individual player (in a small game form, higher load than in a large game form, since there are no breaks in which the player can switch off or is passive)
5. Break times - As a coach, make sure that no player has a break that is too long, possibly causing them to get cold and sick as a result
6. Start of the playing form - Where and how does the playing form start? With different starting points of the ball, different topics can be focused on
7. Objective - Either focus on the possession team or on the defensive players

Variations:
1. Competition - Divide defensive couples, which team will manage to win the ball more times in a certain time?
2. Add mini-goals - reward for the team in possession of the ball after a certain number of passes or possibility for the defensive players to transition and score goals (with goals you can collect points depending on the focus)
