Interesting video, but I have yet to see a good argument for the central design choice of this city. Why does it have to be a line? DamiLee made an excellent video critiquing this aspect on how it limits city growth and is just an overall stupid idea. Why not just make a brand new city that can expand outward rather than limiting itself to this linear structure?

part of neoms planed cooling system will cause to much turbulence for must air craft to land on top you would need to land beside it and do to the movement of sand that would be very difficult to keep from covering with sand though if they change the cooling plan it is possible to land on the line.

I think everything accept the line is fine and probably useful however the line is likely to cause problems weather that be it causing bird migration problems (they hit are houses sometimes a giant mirrored wall is asking for it.) or sand will slowly build up on one side until it falls over (true mirrors don't create more heat but it will still double the light in that local area to the wall resulting in an increased heat for a distance around it approximately = to its height though I am unsure as to the amount of heat increase from this but I guess 10-15 degrees hotter )

Ive always liked the NEOM project. Perhaps that is because Im an Aussie. If I were american, my programming would allow me to see any advantage in a foreign endeavour. NEOM pushes the limit. That good for us. Nice video Dan :)
