In the lore it is explained that Jhin sees the blood of his victims as blooming flowers.

This video shows what it really looks like when Jhin kills someone. His bullets and traps are made out of special magic that turn a dying body into "a piece of art".
That's why he says "I will make you beautiful". Because his bullets literally turn the wounds they cause into flowers. His nickname was "The golden demon" because at first, people thought he was a demon, not a human, and the flowers left on the corpses of people he killed were golden.
Also, the video doesn't show it, but Jhin has an obsession with number 4, so everything he does is perfectly calculated to be a multiple of 4. So for example 4, 12, 16 or 20 killings in 4 days, etc.

When Jhin kill someone he doesn't see any blood or something he only sees some art thinks, cuz he killed so much people and he goes Crazy. Thats why the Title is virtuoso's mind.

Pretty sure it’s just Illusional magic that he has in his kills, in order to make each death a “work of art” etc. but it falls apart if other people try and few it later, it’s just blood and gore IRL. You remember Awaken cinematic, where he traps the police and they explode in colorful glitter? That’s not glitter. That’s blood and guts, made to look good. But will just look like blood and guts the next day

Notice how everything that looks artistic or aesthetic is actually blood and people getting shot but from Jhins point of view. He is crazy like that and views death as a work of art.
