If there is a pillar or wall with messages from the watchers, its NOT at Gobekli Tepe. The temples at Gobekli Tepe were ALL buried. Then they built new temples on top of them. The oldest ones that have not been dug up yet, are aprox 14, 000 years old. The uncovered temples are aprox 12, 000 years old. Also, Mt. Ararat, the presumed place of Noah's Ark, has NOT been excavated. The Turkish Government has very strict laws about who can climb the mountain. Also, half of it is in Russia. They don't let anyone on the mountain. Except maybe military exercises.
I lived in SE Turkey for a year. Gobekli Tepe was about a two hour drive from me. I could see the cap of Mt. Ararat on clear days from where I lived.

There are also anchor stones with 8 cross marks engraved into them indicating the family of Noah's, which 8 people God saved from the flood.
So yes it is in South eastern part of Turkey.
