So he stopped. Most definitely doing TRT because by this time, all the decades of steroids, his balls stopped producing testosterone so he needs that TRT support. There. I used to be 230 9% bodyfat at 5’9” and yeah it’s kind of hard to blend in and everyone is looking at you or treats you different. I downsized a lot to 185 still lean but I actually feel great
