Her popping made it look like futuristic tutting; "futuristic" being aespa's concept. Such a cool improvisation by the leader KARINA that tweaked the choreo in a very aespa fashion!
I see nothing wrong with her adaptation of the choreo as she's not the original performer. She brought her own flair.

Tutting is really hard yall - so don’t judge her for going “aggressively” because for a chorus that fast and with so many moves, it’s hard to get every angle and move without months of practice. Seulgi and Irene made it look easy BECAUSE they had months of practice before hand.

edit: yeah yeah nct did great; my point is that Karina is a very masculine dancer. She puts a lot of power in her moves and because she has longer limbs than Irene and Seulgi, it’s a lot more difficult to control the choreography and you’d need hella practice to do so. So despite all this, she did well. Idk how you can compare an idol of two years who has trained for a few years with people who have been idols for seven and have trained for further four to five years lol. It’s a difference not in ability, but in practice.
