Hello Mr. Barrington, thanks for the informative video but I'd like to ask some question. I'm a 16 nearly 17 year old teenager, my brother (27) bought this Multivitamin for himself but later he stopped using it for no important reason, so I decided to use it for more energy and more appetite also to generally support my vitamin needs. I've looked into some reviews but I'm not sure if I'm suitable for the use just because I'm young, would there be any side effects?

If I take the vm2000 throughout the day (half with my2nd meal & the other half with my 4th meal) could I take solgars zinc, magnesium and calcium before bed or would this still stop the absorption of the solgar 2000? Thanks in advance

I am about to finish my solgar omnium 90 tablets in few days, but next time I will definitely go for VM75 since omnium is very pricey, more than 1 euro per tablet! I am sometimes wondering how much actually body can utilize these tablets when you keep in mind that some vitamins/minerals require specific conditions to be absorbed, like, to be taken with water, some other with fat, some on empty stomach, some with food etc.

Hello🌺. Why does Solgar replace methylcobalamin with cyanocobalamin in multivitamin products? Wouldn't methylcobalamin be better?

Rob, in your view, is it good/neccessary to take a break once in a while when taking solgar VM75 (and generally speaking, also some other supplements) ? One guy once told me that it is advisable to take a breaks, otherwise the body might get used to these artificial sources of vitamins too much. Is for example 1 month of supplemetation followed by 2 weeks of break good choice?
