New B.C. expert task force to review wildfire and emergency response

B.C. Premier David Eby announced a new task force that would look at lessons learned and best practices around the response to wildfires, drought, heat, floods and other emergencies affecting the province.

They need to let people defend their properties and stop these forced evacuations. In the old days when there was a crisis all the able bodied men would stay behind and work together, the elderly, the sick and the children would evacuate. These modern times are ridiculous we evacuate everyone when we know we dont have enough manpower on the ground. Lots of Canadians in every province defied evacuation orders this year and saved their homes and their farms.Had they left their properties would have burned.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out their problem, they don't have good initial attack aircraft. They were supposed to have fixed the same problems after the 2017-2018 season.
