My favorite thing about JJ is how she's matured over the years. Back in the day she didn't accept her losses well, always had an excuse, blame shifted, tried to bully her opponents, etc. But last night she took the L with grace, shouted out her people, and respected the opponent. That's the best kind of growth imo.

Man it feels like the end of school seeing Joanna peacefully enter retirement with no regrets after being the strawweight queen with 5 defences and further keeping the division on it's toes until now. Hopefully she finds success post UFC, keeps involved and maintains a regular presence.
