Amen! I have said a similar prayer many times but I just called my 7 yr old daughter over to repeat this prayer for the first time in her life so I thank you. She had had Jesus come to her in a dream and speak to her without using words, he told her to tell everyone he loves them and the following day she made a poster that read “Jesus loves you” and held it up at the end of our yard at the four way stop sign as I worked in the garden. She counted all the cars that beeped, waved, held up peace signs with their hands and held their hands to the sky to praise God!. I asked her what gave her the idea to do that and she said, “Jesus told me to tell everyone he loves them” it taught me a lesson that I too need to be as bold in my faith and obedient to what God tells me and shows me. Here my daughter, a child and only six at the time, wasted zero time and could care less what anyone thought, she was after Gods heart and I was reminded of all the verses in scripture when Jesus talks about children and we are to come to him like children. Also how if any person causes a child to sin or stray than it would be better for them to have a weight around their neck and be thrown in water (I’m obviously paraphrasing )

The decision we make for Christ, is in response to God's Holy Spirit creating in us a knowledge of our extreme sinfulness. As law breakers in danger of His wrath, we cry-out..." What must I do to be saved?"
The good news of the substitutionary life and death of JESUS then becomes a most desirable choice. Even the faith to believe is a gift . I hope Billy has completed his heavenly
Sunday school and is able to play with the rest of God's kids who understand that it is God's choice that matters and that He is sovereign in salvation.
