Sync in fl studio always boggled my mind. Whats wrong with 1/4 sync. Its like exposed code or something. Those small things always makes me wonder if it'll ever catch up to a more simplified approach to things like Step/Line/ 1/6 beat etc, and syncing.

what if i want to put it on the bass only do i have to put it on the master TRACK ? or do i put it as an effect only for the specific Bass ?
