I think you need to hear the feedback ASUS… Bigger is not necessary better, you need to stop the madness, I do not want to upgrade my case for every new graphic card generation, all your RTX 4080 cards are unnecessarily huge. May be you are trying to use the same RTX 4090 cooling solution which works for you but does not work for us. I have been using asus cards and motherboards for the last 15 years, this is the first time I find my self forced to pick from alternative manufacturers. Please release a more compact RTX 4080. there is a good market segment for that specially for SFF and eGPU.

Ugh. The only reason I want that color is so that it matches my rig and build. My mobo is an rog with silver accents and my memory is a set of Corsair with silver heatsinks. I know that there's more under the hood but I only want it to match my system... Those specs are overkill for Elden Ring anyways, which is capped at 60 fps regardless of the other componets.

It’s enraging, vertical mounting is not popular outside a very small few, it’s not thermally sound, to plaster fans against glass, and most people do not run open test benches, yet all marketing insists on showing overpriced gpu’s, from and angle 99% of us will never see, I could care less what the fans look like, they are not seen, I care what the actual “top” plate looks like.
What the edge of the gpu looks like that faces the glass.

It’s like showing the back side of a motherboard to sell it? Why? Why are you and all marketing forcing looking at GPUs from the ass end? I just do not get it.

It’s a nice looking card, the price screams “rape victim “ ya it’s that bad, and price shall kill the 4080, watch.
The whole gpu market it going to end the pc.
For short term gains.
Replaced by phones.

Was going to buy one until I realised they slapped "republic of gamers" rgb on the side. Cringe. I'll just go with a 3080 or maybe a gigabyte vision.
