Derya Isler is currently a Product Leader of Personalization at Spotify. Derya initially started her career as a Software Engineer and found her way into Product. Prior to Spotify, she was a Product Management Lead of Engagement Platforms at Wayfair. She was also an Advisor of Product Management at Dell EMC, where she worked closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver features to market while managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and business requirements.
