You are wrong in saying that SJVN is hydro power generator, Hydro is one aspect, In addition to hydroelectric power, SJVN Limited has diversified its operations into other renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power. The company has ventured into solar power projects and is actively exploring opportunities in the wind energy sector as well. SJVN could be next Waree as they are currently Mini Ratna and holds potential of becoming a Navratna.

I am investor in KPI green. Waaree renevables mein operators ka game suru hai. Everyday circuit mein jata hai stock.. kahi na kahi dal mein kuch kala hai.

On the positive side. Which justifies the valuation. (Could be investor bias)

1) Both ROCE and ROE are above 100.

2) Jump in the results are so high that PE came down to 155 from highs of 293. So imagine what 2 more bumper quarters would do.

3) The massive order book.

4) As rahul mentioned SW solar, it’s no where near waaree. Sw solar guidance is about 10% ebit margins. And waaree has highest in the industry margins i.e >25%.

Also sw solar has shown net profits after 3 years of loss.

5) Almost 0 debt

6) when waaree energies ipo comes investors could get quota.

Stock with outstanding fundamentals and bullish sector. Hence justified.
Talking about PE, People are still buying Zomato, Trent with PE more than 160.

9:11 So long they perform higher sales, higher Net Profit & EPS on Q on Q basis & Y on Y basis in accelerated figures, Price will sustain & move up. Any failure to perform one or two quarters, price will fall like a Pack of Cards.
