Nobody is telling you that you cant play Space Marines because of your gender. Those who do are not affiliated with the Warhammer community and should be the subject of scrutiny.

Not our problem. You have Sisters of Battle, Sisters of Silence, or Tau Banshees if you want to play as female characters.
The Imperial Guard really doesnt care if there are Caucasian, Black, Asian or female folk in their ranks(they'll die quickly anyway, so any systematic discrimination against them- if that even exists in 40k- is nullified by lack of exposure.)

The imperium doesn't care who gets the job done. Just that it GETS done.
