'Will perfect competition always result in the perfect allocation of resources?' This is basically the 25 marker in section B AQA 2015 paper 3 Essay 1 question 8.

I wasn't sure if it would 'always' lead to perfect efficiency. Could you not make the argument of lack of public goods, less dynamic efficiency possibly,  lack of economies of scale in present but also future. These arguments were partly thought of by me but also in the mark scheme as analysis. Thanks for any response, if I am wrong please correct me because it will help me hugely for answering a question similar to this if it comes up :)
