Koltin is a character you can talk only at night to redeem Bubbul Gems for different rewards, and you can find him at six different locations.

good warp for the Eldin koltin is the jiotak shrine just warp there go a bit behind the shrine and ascend up and go west to his location should see him

I'm missing 13 Bubbulfrogs, but have explored every cave possible and even the Greay Sky Island caves. All have the checkmark and Koltin just says that he can't locate any specific ones.

So I went to all these locations and can't find him. He was at snowfeild stables but he just disappeared. I can't find him anymore.

If there’s anyone who knows where he is in East Neculda, Lanaryu, and if he’s in the Great Hyrule Forest area, let me know. I found him (and all those caves) in all other areas.

I went to every location all on one night between 9pm and 12pm and kolton wasnt at any of them.

Last 3 caves and this isn't helping, he says he can sense 3 more but can't define where in hyrule, ok i guess i have to compare my map with zelda maps

Edit 1 left (by the way markt them both but forgot (long time past after mark )
