I believe the Black Widow is actually over 100 years old. She has been depicted as having witnessed the Revolution of 1917 as a child.
I so wish that in the second Captain America film, when the Arnim Zola AI identifies Cap as "Steven Rogers, born 1920", it had gone on to say, "Natalia Romanovna, born 1913", following which Chris looks at Scarlett, who raises a hand to say, "We can discuss that later". Would've been cool.
Know what else would have been cool? If in the first Captain America film, the Howling Commandos had been led by a white guy named Sergeant Jake Fury, and when Cap awakens in the 21st Century, General Fury introduces himself and adds, "I believe you knew my grandfather".
