Statute of Uses 1535 – Established a New Settlement in Common Law.

Bill of Rights 1688/89 – No longer subject to Monarchy. Ends despotic monarchy. Constitution Monarchy created. Parliamentary privilege.

[Scottish] Claim of Right 1689 – Established actions contrary to law. His Majesty encourages full redress and remedy. His Majesty will perfect deliverance from violation of my rights. His Majesty will protect me from prejudice.

Act of Settlements 1700/01 – Birthright of the People is the English Law. Judicial Independence.

Act of Settlements 1701 – Judicial Independence

Settled Estates Act 1856 – Grants administration of sales and leases of settled estates to High Court, under the settlement.

Settled Land Act 1925 – Warranty. Not Subject to a Trust.

Law of Property Act 1925 – Property through Purchase. Subject to a Trust [for sale].

Mercer vs. Attorney-General of Ontario 1881 – Sovereign is fideicommissum. Establishes what was granted to government from monarchy.

Just listening to the video, at the end, I express "It is what it is. .. baby'!. . . was not referring to people being babies but was an expression, like using the word 'man' at the end of a saying so as to bond with being cool. . . haha. Just in case some listeners be like "Who the f@#k you calling baby."
