Can i use it for amplifiers.? The input voltage is 36 volts and my amplifiers is about 24 volts..

you didn't measure how much voltage while test CC limiter, because most of all power supply do not test short circuit like that

Xl4016 300wat 10ampr DC buck converter ---: We have given input from 13 volt 2 amperes in the module but in the output something moves after 1 second and without automatic output the volt and ampere is exactly 1 volt 2 volt.

All the connections are fine but the voltage starts coming on automatically. What is the problem? Please tell.
