1 (15oz) can chickpeas (or 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas, 250 g)
1 cup (140 g) cashews (roasted, unsalted)
6 Medjool dates, pitted (soft and big)
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3 cups (720 ml) plant-based milk

Protein Content Total: 77.89 g plant-based protein
250 g cooked chickpeas = 22.15 g protein
140 g cashews = 21.42 g protein
11 g nutritional yeast = 6.6 g protein
6 Medjool dates (120 g) = 2.16 g protein
3 cups soy milk (720 g) = 25.56 g protein
