Back in college as an art major, I dreamed of doing a project to gauge where exactly people draw the line between one color and the next. After all, colors do fade gradually into one another, at an infinite level, just as numbers do; yellow turns to green to blue to purple to red to orange and back to yellow again. Most of my art class saw colors the same, but I still think it would be a great project to do across a larger audience. Orange and red were the biggest dispute. I wonder why.

Am I the only one who thinks that yellow has a link to vacation and summer or am I right

What about highly visible colors like yellow? If my yellow is someone's blue then it would be less visible for that person than for me. And they wouldn't perceive yellow as a signaling color... There are also things in nature where certain colors work better than others, especially when colors are combined...Wouldn't that mean that we at least see the same colors but in slight variants?

I think we all see this world in the same way, otherwise the person who got eye replacement would have reported it. Eyes are just the sensors the brain is the interpreter and if either of the sensor or the interpreter were different, then the person getting the eye of another person should have reported different colors as there would have been a mismatch. This shows that eyes of different person generates same electrical signal for same color and therefore brain also work in exact same manner.
We can also use the analogy of ears, if they work differently, we would never learn to speak as I would hear different sound for same word and hence would learn to speak them differently. Language is what one learns by mimicking the sounds made by the others. this proves that all the sensory organ works in same fashion for everyone.

I think this will not work, because of the shadow stuffs. we all can't see in the dark, and we are all can be blinded by lights. I think it's just the same with color wavelengths. We all have the same color spectrum range if the colors are swapped some colors will appear darker than others thus making it harder for them to see. I never heard of cases that some people see better on red lights than green lights.

So here the thing, the brain reacts to each colour in a specific way.scientists experimented on different people and found that when exposed to for example blue both brains reacted almost similarly.so from this I conclude that we all see same colours.

But what about brightness of colors. What if we both saw a white screen but the white is my black for you. Wouldn't it be darker for you and we could tell if people see colors different?

This is what I've been wondering forever

it's also interesting to think how different people see their world. like everyone is living in their own universe. does everything really look the same to you? its like the filter between your eyes and your brain thats built in like some subconscious belief but you can shift if you try to imagine yourself being someone completely different person in a different multiverse, everything feels different and people feel different. thoughts might change depending on how hard you do it and it's just mind fucking ive been going through this shit and it kinda acts like a habit and is very uncomfortable cuz my brain has used to a specific filter (my personality I guess or just my reality idk). it also feels the best to use cuz ive only tried negative filters/realities like a npc karen etc some braindead shit it's awful. (it affects my life quality very much and in my own reality I perform my best cause I've used to it the most I guess. I think clearer and see things way better I'm lazy to explain)

even colors might seem darker, brighter, cloudy, clear, painful, more calm, and so much stuff its like twisting your brain and changing your reality completely idk yeah.

even some foods taste completely different in different realities or what we are going to call it.
idk if it's just me and I'm going crazy or I'm fucked up in some way or if this is actually a thing? I don't doubt that unless I'm in a simulation.

Each of our brains learns how to recognize "red" or "blue" or "yellow" independently of everyone else. No one teaches us what red looks like to our own conscious experience. So, what my brain came up with to represent redness might be entirely different from what your brain came up with. But even still, we can both agree on the fact that it is red. Even if it looks different to each of us. We will never be able to access someone else's consciousness in order to find out. They are closed to us.

So we can see the same colour but there is a chance we don’t see the colour the same

What if you had a bunch of markers or crayons or something and told 2 people to draw the same thing would that work?
