Shouldn't this be like: Police is looking for the same suspect, they where looking for previous shooting and shooting before that shooting. It's Chicago so it's like having coffee every morning, there is shooting every day. Not only in Chicago but pretty much in every major city in America

Police don't know what led to that shooting I don't know ?, 4:00 in the morning sounds like partying all night of something. Do these people not understand that it's not safe to walk around from like 8:00 p.m. until like I don't know 9:00 a.m.?? Not that it's safe during the day either ...I feel sorry for you Chicago. I was there for 52 years I've seen it happen and go downhill. You need a new mayor, you need a new attitude, need new social centers, you need to new streets, if you want a new Chicago we should rename the city new Chicago.
