ASML's dominance in lithography machine has been broken by China as she is mass producing the 28nm lithography machine. Using chiplet technology China can produce high-end chips beyond 28nm. Huawei can produce kirin chips for the communication products. The usa's export restrictions to China works to bite its own industries as China is becoming independent of the usa chips technology.

The US: "We're cutting off every avenue you have to grow economically!"
