I really appreciate your channel, your analysis of the REIT sector is always on point and very well researched. Crown castle was the first REIT I invested in because of a review and breakdown you made in a previous video. Now it is one of my biggest and most successful holdings and rather than trading my shares I find myself buying more when the market is down for a much appreciated discount. because of all the potential upsides you mentioned in this video I see Crown Castle as a great starter REIT for upcoming investors who are just getting started in REIT investing. Maybe you could make a video for your channel about how to set up a good starter portfolio with an initial investment of 5, 000. Or less and the top five REITs you think are a good place to start with for new investors.

Great video Jussi. Thanks for introducing FR - I didn't know of them. I do own a good size position of CCI, I like that REIT and yes, it's a good long term opportunity in my opinion. Since you asked what other REIT/REITs we can "ask for you to review", I think I made a comment in a previous video where I suggested you review perhaps two portfolios of say up to 10 REITs in each, one being "aggressive", another being "safe", just to get some ideas from you. I really will be interested in your picks especially relating to the risk you attribute. I hope it's something you can do. Thanks again man.

Thanks, Jussi, for your thoughts and analysis on FR and CCI. I always love hearing your thoughts on your favorite REITs. I do not now own FR or CCI, but am long STAG and PLD. CCI is surrounded with just too much uncertainty right now, and its share price may even go lower especially if the dividend is reduced as you suggest may happen. FR is just not for me with a dividend yield today at 3.1%, even though its dividend growth may be robust. Good stuff!

Hi Jussi, could you do a Video about Terreno? It's an industrial Reit with relativly high growth, specialized in high density areas with faster growing rents. Debt maturities looking good, only 100 Mio in 2024, 0 in 2025.
