Create oracle cloud free linux vps instance with 24 GB RAM and 4 CPU

New account/After upgrade account.
I'm created, A1 4 core. Instance,

I'm only updated Ubuntu & installed aapanel,

Next day automatically cost cut. 106 dollar.
From my credit card. Billing name is oracle Singapore.

And not seen any bill or invoice in oracle account.

Note: im checked everything, no another block volume, no another instance, no any another service, is there.

I'm created another account If I'm not upgraded then after 30 days, always free instance deleting from Oracle or not.

This VPS has aarch64 architecture. So, docker images won't run. Unless you build your own.

is FTP Working? Tried in CyberPanel & aaPanel, via filezilla, Its throwing error (connection timeout). Any help would be appreciated

A1 Flex 4 Core, Manually i'm added 200 GB Disk Space.
becouse it will be auto maticlly creat only 50 GB something.
