I'm 19 now and I've been on the self improvement journey since right around when I turned 18, so about a year now. It's awesome that you started so early. I'm turning 21 next month and I started with self improvement beginning of last year. I have no money yet, but there are plans going in action, I have built my body in the gym and I started reading books mid last year. I wish I started earlier. I had depression from when I was 15 till beginning last year, but then I started doing this and it helped alot. It hindered me to start early, which is not a good excuse, I know. I just want to be come the best version of me

Hey Nic I don’t usually comment on videos but I just wanted to say thank you for these tips and for the videos you post on your channel I’m sure they have impacted and helped a lot of teenagers like myself to start making a change in their lives for the better. I started working out last year when I was 15 I was around 290 pounds but now I’m 200 pounds at 16 which is still overweight at my bmi (6’1.5) but like anything in life it’s a work in progress 👌.Hopefully by next year I’ll be able to become more like yourself after implementing these tips! Anyways sorry for rambling but yeah man I really appreciate it g.
