Investigating Roblox's 'Weirdcore/Dreamcore' Games

In Roblox, I've seen these kind of games quite a lot lately, and I decided that I would record and explore some of them to experience it myself. I may do a part 2 if you guys like this one, so, yeah!

Im in the dreamcore community. its a very welcoming and kind community.
people always assume us dreamcore people are scary, rude, and "i like to eat eyeballs and teeth lol", but that's not how we are at all. sure, we tend to have somewhat "creepy" and "scary" avatars, but we aren't as edgy as we look.
everyone is welcomed into this community, no matter the race, gender, sexuality, etc....
weirdcore is an aesthetic where everything is, well, weird. things that go inside people's minds, eyes, teeth, creepy stuff, nostalgia, old memories, trauma, insanity, etc... the list could go on. it's actually quite comforting looking at weirdcore images, as it also gives off a creepy vibe. traumacore, kidcore, nostalgiacore, and oddcore are very similar to weirdcore. though traumacore isnt an aesthetic itself, and is more of a thing to cope with if you've had trauma in the past or present, i suggest you check out all of these "aesthetics" to learn more.

these types of cores are kind of a coping mechanism for me. It's dreamy, mysterious, creepy and makes me kinda comforted. Many people with depression, childhood trauma etc. often relate to this, which is why it's kinda creepy/sad sometimes. Atleast thats what I've noticed.

EDIT: I forgot to add, most of these sceneries are based of images. They can be found on "liminal spaces" compilations, pinterest and here and there on the internet :)
