Memorizing Scripture can be a daunting task, but it is an important goal for all Christians to pursue, simply because it helps us to grow closer to our Lord and Savior. It trains us to stay rooted in God's Word, to be reminded of God's promises, and to be comforted personally and encourage others. This is a new weekly video series where we will learn a verse (or verses) that I am challenging you to commit to memory. By learning these verses, meditating on them, and reciting them out loud, you will come to grow in your walk with Christ.

Exodus 34:6-7, NASB
Then the LORD passed by in front of him and proclaimed, “The LORD, the LORD God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness and truth; 7 who keeps lovingkindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished, visiting the iniquity of fathers on the children and on the grandchildren to the third and fourth generations."
