Nissan Pathfinder CVT REBUILD P17F1, P17F0

I got the same code P17F1, but I don't have any problems yet. My gear shifting is smooth, the only thing I noticed is at the beginning when I accelerate it makes a small whining noise that goes away after it reaches 10mph. No engine light on, nothing. I saw another video when it say that is can be also a software issue.

Great Tunes! Question, 2013 R52 PF AWD 160k miles, just threw judder codes so I bought it cheap. Full Service, filters, cleaned Trans cooler & added a 6 row. plugs/coils, maf sensor, pvc, catch can. ISSUES gone along with all codes except p17fo. Dealer tells me it CAN'T be cleared without replacement. Also wants 200 to load the latest updated programs for TCM & ABS Modules. Will the reflash make a 200$ difference? No CEL but using app ( CVT50) its there. Around town it "lugs" unless OD is off just like all the rest in the quest for mpg. I just wanted to reset all the codes, reset the Det of fluid & monitor, is it possible?

we are getting P2813 code. its juddering bit. any solution? nissan dealer is asking to replace the transition with 6k. Initially I have only jurck while shifting gare . after reprograming its juddering while driving also... Please advise ...

This is the worst transmission to work on. Especially if it's a v6 all wheel drive. Shit took me a got damn week to complete for the first time.

What maintenance do you suggest to have best chance of survival for these transmissions ?

If you rebuild a transmission, does it still require programming like a used unit from a different vehicle or a new transmission from the dealer?

Hi maybe you can help me ! We previously had the code p17f0 and purchased a new complete transmission from the Nissan dealer . Came with the torque converter, valve body etc . Had it programmed with the cd they gave us by a programmer and vehicle was running well until it would reach low fuel then would begin to judder. We changed the fuel pump and vehicle seems to run fine now . But now we have a p17f1 code . Vehicle runs and drives fine but the code will not erase . Any idea what it could be ? I called the dealer and they said something about checking the wire harness or it may need another transmission which would be a surprise considering we just purchased it from the dealership a few days ago. (My vehicle is a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder platinum with 126, 000 miles )

How do you get the main wire harness off the transmission? Also if you a new transmission from Nissan does it have to be program? When installed?

Hi I have nissan pathfinder 2014. I get transmission rebuilt. But transmission oil is leaking from axle seal. The mechanic change taat seal 5 time he change axle too but still when I drive around 200 km it start leaking again and again. Any suggestions? Thanks
