This was the B-side of Rumble. I bought the 45 in 1958.

Found the song thanks to John Waters. Reminded of it by Gucci and Lana. God bless

Being 79 l remember this group well growing up in ml the DC area. Milt Grant played their songs often on his TV show.

All these years l thought the title was The Shag...not Swag...and this is the 1st time hearing this song since the late 50's...

Its an instrumental track by Link Wray a fabulous guitarist from the 1950's.

It is indeed a very cool sound but Gucci have made it current again & it just R. O. C. K.

Wow, just heard this for the first time off the Gucci guilty advert. Didn't know it was Link Wray, I know Rumble, ahead of it time just like this track. Sounds like British blues group like the Yardbirds.

Thanks Gucci Guilty. Now when I hear this song, I expect to see an ostrich in the can isles in the grocery store, and I'm terrified to go to the laundromat out of fear of a freakin' tiger.

You can tell the influence that this had on the Beatles in their early days!

This is why the 50s 60s and 70s were the best eras of music they are stilled used frequently in ads and attract more people to become fans every day
