Hello and welcome to our channel! I’m Tagene Brown-McBean, the founder of Money Coaching Services. Here’s a little about my journey:

At 18, I started my career at the Bank of Nova Scotia in Highgate, Jamaica. By 27, I secured a mortgage while working at the Business Support Centre in Kingston, and by 35, I paid it off completely. At 36, I became debt-free and took a leap of faith to start Money Moves Budgeting. However, I learned the hard way that simply sharing my passion wasn’t enough—I needed to market my business more effectively.

By 37, I published "Money Moves That Matter: Simple Steps to Become Debt Free" on Amazon, and a year later, I took a job at JN Bank to gather the capital needed to launch Money Coaching Services. We opened our first location on Old Hope Road, and I held my first Money Talk Group presentation when I was 42.

Realizing I needed to improve my sales skills, I worked as a Financial Advisor while continuing my coaching part-time. Today, with over 24 years of experience in banking, financial advisory, and coaching, I’m proud to support a diverse portfolio of clients, including many businesses.

Through our YouTube channel, we aim to give back to the community because we understand we can’t serve everyone one-on-one. Our mission is to provide tailored financial guidance and solutions to help you overcome your challenges.

I can testify that the information shared in this video is legit. I called the bank and requested that the insurance which I did not authorised be removed and it was done within 3 days.
