I went a free 1:1 lawyer consultation at a local library to get this info the other day but the lawyer started with their discount attorney fees to library patrons and made me to think renewing combo card is difficult without a lawyer. I got my I-131 in the mail, it was rejected because they said it was not properly filed, so I was all stressed out trying to find out what could be wrong. I actually had a few mistakes that I could fix with your tutorial… I still can’t figure out if I have to pay the fee, since I originally sent it with all my packet for the green card and they already charged me $1700.00 U.S. Dlls; and before that my husband filed the petition (I-130 online and he paid $625.00 U.S. Dlls)… I guess we’ll find out once they get my form I-131 “properly filed” back at the USCIS Office 🤭
