I like that they gave Ultron a sense of humor. I just wish he was more powerful.

At 1:38 you can see that from Quicksilver's perspective, even Cap and Ultron drones are like paused, even cap's shield. But Thor's movement can still be seen. This proves he is faster than others, not faster than Quicksilver but definitely faster than all others.
