A lot of people do the southern part of the WAW, get to Galway and then go back to Dublin. They really don't realise what they are missing by cutting the north-west out. Another great video!

Most tourists bypass Donegal, big mistake! Its been called the forgotten County. You could spend weeks going around Donegal on its own. Great footage

Donegal, or Dun na nGall, means Fort of the Foreign Warrior. I think it got named Coolest place on the Planet a year or two ago. A summers evening is Donegal is hard to beat . Quite the adventure you two are on. good luck.

Great series guys, loving it. The scraping of the top soil is turf cutting. The turf is then dried and used as fuel for the fire in winter. When it is burned, the smoke has a very distinctive (and pleasant) smell.
