It’s always the property market that ruins it for everyone.

This also happens in your neighbour Malaysia. So much property bubbles because real estates in KL, JB & Penang are too expensive for local

A very tame video for a really serious situation. 😊 If you have investments in China whether in the form of assets or securities, be very afraid. One should also wonder how Hong Kong banks are going to be impacted by the ongoing economic and financial crises in China.

The real estate bubble should bust, it's very costly to buy Home's in India, in tier 1&2 cities and if u r still able to buy them, they are 15 to 20 km from city center with no transport & water, etc facilities .
Average middle class income per person in family is from 20 to 30k a month

Paying for a house and not being able to move in would be a nightmare in America, but often it's merely an investment for the Chinese, they don't live in them.

When they start drawing the physical money out of the bank when they get paid that’s when things get serious. They should close there bank accounts also to let them know they mean business.

Unprecedented growth is ALWAYS followed by unprecedented collapse. Unprecedented growth is always accompanied by unprecedented corruption. Unprecedented fortune is most often followed by unprecedented pain.

Can’t trust Chinese construction company . Our client owed us Rm 4million ++ . Top guy Went back during pandemic - with a good faith that they will pay all the outstanding. They have declared bankruptcy and our have to company take the lost. All documentation are valid. With legal cost, arbitration etc paid by us still they have decided to go MIA . Idk how the local directors can handle them.

Is China GDP very dependent on the properties owned by the citizen? Potentially this is their downfall of China economy if their govt dont step in.
