Chili Lime Tilapia W/ Cilantro Crema

Serves 4

Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets
1/2 tablespoon neutral oil
1.5 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
Salt to taste

Cilantro Crema
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon water
1 serrano chili
1 small jalapeño
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Or to taste

Optional garnish
Cilantro and red onion

Instruction

1. Mix together the oil, lemon pepper, cayenne chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and lime juice

2. Add the tilapia fillet rub the seasoning until every filet is coated

3. Transfer to a sheet tray season generously with kosher salt

4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes

5. Combine the ingredients for the crema in a blender and blend it all together.

6. Serve the tilapia hot with the side of crema

The cilantro crema goes perfect with tilapia and it gave it and amazing flavor but I preferto season my telapia differently

Why does he speak American English but insist on pronouncing the herb This isn't freaking Mexico. It's pronounced cilantro like /səˈläntrō, səˈlantrō/ as in "sillantro" in the United States of America which speaks English as it's language not Spanish or Mexican or whatever they speak in Mexifornia.
