8:43, that part hit me deep. It's like the first pepe falling just accepts what's coming and in a way feels so free that he can give his parachute to the other pepe falling. There's something poetic about that, you know you need the parachute but at the same time why not accept the freedom you know you have and give someone else a chance. Why not finally be free and FEEL GOOD.

Pepe is a representation of us, and we are Pepe. A visualized manifestation of ourselves and our visions.
Just what is Pepe? He is many things. He's relatable. We should take inspiration from the animator, from Pepe.
