Yo, great review. I bought some and I am really impressed. I would recommend it to anyone from my experience. Craziest pumps with this stuff and unreal energy the beta alanine is a normal dose but if you buy beta alanine by itself and add another gram or two it is perfect gives you that tingling feeling everytime
