Whether or not you have diabetes, CGM—continuous glucose monitoring—is a powerful tool for helping you understand your body’s response to specific foods.

When you can “see” how your body reacts to certain meals, it helps you become more intuitive about how food makes you feel, so you can tailor your choices accordingly.

With CGM, you can also see how exercise, *lack of* sleep, and stress affect your results, so you’re empowered to make informed decisions about not only food, but lifestyle choices too.

One *bonus* feature I love with CGM is that I can see my clients’ data. This means CGM is an excellent accountability tool, and together my clients and I can troubleshoot concerns in real time.

When you choose foods/food combinations that encourage stable blood sugar, your mood and energy improve, you sleep better, and your appetite is more predictable. You’re not hungry shortly after eating or battling mid-morning or afternoon energy slumps.

These factors make weight loss easier, plus CGM provides flexibility to enjoy foods you love without being overly restrictive—no more calorie counting!

With new over-the-counter sensors available, it’s easier than ever to get started with CGM, but it can be intimidating at first, so I created a FREE guide that answers several FAQs about CGM, including:

✨Why CGM is important for everyone—not just people with diabetes

✨How CGM works and the pros and cons of popular CGM sensors

✨Whether your insurance covers CGM and where you can purchase sensors

✨How CGM helps you reach your goals with less effort!

On the 3 now and it’s better. Smaller sensor, automatic scanning and the adhesive seems to work better on the smaller sensor.
